Return Conditions

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive an incorrect item

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade and natural products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Orders returned without prior approval

Natural variations in color, texture, or size are not considered defects.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
